The idea of Money Buddies was created by Tracey Ford as a direct result of her own personal experience - learning how to take control of her life and her finances after experiencing redundancy and a relationship breakdown. Having worked in housing for 15 years, a single parent with two children, a mortgage and a mountain of debt, she was left with little choice but to seek a different way of living. She embarked on a journey of self development whilst pursuing her interest in property. She learned how to take risks and so began her real journey to creating financial freedom.

Tracey's experience has shown her that financial independence is crucial for women. Having been at both ends of the spectrum she learned how to turn her life around. Her success is her driving force to encourage and inspire other women to realise there are opportunities out there for them too.

With over 18 years experience in the property and financial services industry, she believes in going beyond the traditional parameters of support and assistance for her clients. She deliberately integrates proven success principles into her work as a money buddy.

Her message to women is quite simple:

" We all tend to aspire to great heights when developing our careers but when it comes to long-term investments, our limiting beliefs make us settle for less. It's not uncommon for many of us to take out a mortgage and keep it for life - when what we really need to do is release the wealth we have worked so hard to create and let that money work for you - to build your financial future'

Creating financial independence has been a great learning curve for me, I have taken mini steps and with the support and encouragement, I have capitalised on my assets. 

Being able to elevate to new heights has been an incredibly rewarding journey, an experience each and everyone should allow themselves to experience ... this great feeling of self accomplishment is waiting for you too ...
